Pure Performance Titanium Exhaust – Warranty Information

All Pure Performance Titanium Exhaust systems come with a 30-day factory warranty covering broken or non-working parts.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship resulting in broken or non-functioning parts this include muffler, valves, motor mounts within 30 days of purchase.

Exclusions:

  • Misuse of the product, including excessive revving or improper operation causing damage to valves or other components.

  • Improper installation, damage caused by installers, or scratching during installation.

  • Cosmetic wear, discoloration, or normal wear and tear.

  • Labor, installation, removal, or shipping costs related to warranty claims.

Pure Performance CEL Disclaimer

Pure Performance parts are designed for performance and aesthetic enhancement. Improper installation, tuning, or use outside of recommended guidelines can result in check engine lights (CEL) or other vehicle alerts. Pure Performance is not responsible for any CEL or drivability issues caused by improper installation, aftermarket tuning, or system incompatibility.

No aftermarket exhaust system, regardless of brand or design, can guarantee a check engine light will not appear. By purchasing and installing our products, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Modifying your vehicle can alter exhaust tone, emissions characteristics, and may trigger CEL codes depending on your vehicle’s ECU sensitivity and configuration.

Important Notice:
This is a high-quality performance exhaust system. Pure Performance is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, mishandling, or incorrect installation.

If a warranty claim is approved, only the defective part(s) will be repaired or replaced at Pure Performance’s discretion. Must have invoice of purchase within 30 days.

By purchasing a Pure Performance Exhaust system, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Sound Characteristics

    • Pure Performance Exhaust systems are not designed to replicate OEM or stock sound.

    • The exhaust tone will differ from factory systems and may include a deeper, louder, or more aggressive note.

    • Due to the nature of titanium and high-performance exhaust design, systems may produce muffled tones, resonance.

    • These sound characteristics are normal and will not resemble a hybrid or factory-quiet exhaust system.

  2. Warranty Coverage

    • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

    • It does not cover sound preference, tone differences, or perceived “fitment/sound quality” issues.

  3. Exclusions & Costs

    • Pure Performance is not responsible for labor costs, installation fees, removal fees, or shipping charges.

    • All associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Legal Rights & Venue

    • All disputes will be governed under California law and handled exclusively in California courts.

  5. Defamation & Online Conduct

    • Posting or distributing false, misleading, or defamatory statements/reviews regarding our products may result in legal action for defamation.

    • Customers are encouraged to resolve concerns directly with Pure Performance before making public statements.
