Pure Performance Titanium Exhaust – Warranty & Terms & Conditions

This document sets forth the terms and conditions (“Agreement”) applicable to the purchase and use of any Pure Performance Titanium Exhaust System (“Product”). By purchasing, installing, or using the Product, the purchaser (“Customer”) agrees to the following:

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 The Product is covered by a 30-day factory warranty beginning on the date of purchase.
1.2 This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that result in broken or non-functioning parts.
1.3 In the event of an approved claim, Pure Performance, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective part(s).

2. Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper operation, including but not limited to aggressive driving, excessive revving, or racing applications.

  • Improper installation, including damage caused by installers, scratching, denting, or incorrect fitment.

  • Cosmetic wear, discoloration, or normal deterioration due to heat exposure, road conditions, or usage.

  • Any labor charges, installation or removal costs, shipping fees, or related expenses.

  • Any secondary damage caused by the failure of the Product.

3. Liability Disclaimer

3.1 Pure Performance makes no guarantee, expressed or implied, regarding the impact of the Product on vehicle systems. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Check Engine Lights (CELs) or other vehicle diagnostic warnings.

  • Performance loss or incompatibility with aftermarket modifications.

3.2 Pure Performance shall not be held liable for:

  • Mechanic or shop fees, labor charges, or diagnostic costs.

  • Storage fees, towing charges, or vehicle rental expenses.

  • Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from use of the Product.

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring proper installation by a qualified professional.
4.2 The Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of the Product, including compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding emissions and vehicle modifications.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using the Product, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms contained in this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the warranty and liability terms governing the Product and supersedes any prior oral or written representations.
